|The amended of the Uganda Communication Act comes in handy just after the recently concluded general elections that were charged social media out bursts. The February 18th general election which was awash with among other things news reports of users of Facebook, Twitter, Whatsapp being blocked from using them. The blocking was a result of an order by UCC to the internet service providers to protect against a threat to public order and security.||Wide shots of the recently concluded general elections.|

|The problem is that there is regulation, I mean people are posting as much content, at times you find it is appropriate and it is a platform with un restricted access, you just find somebody creating an account and then starts attacking another one. So it needs to eliminate the creation of these pseudo accounts.||Medium shot of Fred Enanga, the police spokesperson.|
|This new law however, builds doubts whether it will be effective as Sarah Bireete, the programs Director for Centre for Constitutional Governance relates it to the China and Bangaladesh governments which sought to restrict both social and traditional media online as an impractical venture.||Medium shots of social media users.|
|How comes Social media is a threat in Uganda today, China has given up and is opening up social media so if Uganda wants to do a try and error, somebody said this government has been ruling us for try and error unfortunately, the time for trial has ended and we are in the period of error, so in the period of error then you let your government make a mistake that China made 10years ago and China is instead opening up but yours is aiming to close.||Medium shot of Sarah Bireete, the Programs Director at Centre for Constitutional Governance.|

Did you know? 20 planes, 50 ships lost and 1000 people have disappeared in the last 100 years in the Bermuda Triangle, reports indicate. Scientists say Bermuda is a consequence of gas hydrates reactions.
FOR years it has been one of the world’s greatest mysteries – why have so many boats and planes been lost forever within the Bermuda Triangle?
Over the past centuries, many ships and air planes have disappeared or met with fatal accidents in the triangular area on Atlantic ocean known as Bermuda Triangle. In several cases, no trace of the ships and aircraft were found even after thorough search operations were carried out for hundreds and thousands of square miles in the ocean.
Such incidents of disappearances have been known since 1400s and have continued even in 21st century. While there are various explanations and theories behind such incidents, in many cases the incidents have remained unexplained.
The disappearances in the infamous region has repeatedly been blamed on the paranormal – with suggestions it could be a vortex to another dimension which has transported the poor souls on board away from our universe.
But now scientists believe there could be a much more Earthly, and provable explanation, for the legend also known as the Devil’s Triangle.
Researchers have found huge undersea craters which could be tell-tale signs on why vessels went missing and were possible blown to smithereens, to end up at the bottom of the sea.
The up to half-mile-wide and 150ft deep craters in the Barents Sea are thought to have been caused by a build-up of methane.
They are just off the Norweaigan coast – a country rich in natural gas reserves.
Methane is likely to have leaked from deposits of natural gas deeper below the sea bed, then created cavities which eventually burst, once the pressure gets too high, the scientists said.
This would lead to a massive blow up of gas, which could cause a boat or ship to fail if it was passing at the height of the explosion.
Russian scientist Igor Yeltsov, deputy head of the Trofimuk Institute, said: “There is a version that the Bermuda Triangle is a consequence of gas hydrates reactions.
“They start to actively decompose with methane ice turning into gas.
“It happens in an avalanche-like way, like a nuclear reaction, producing huge amounts of gas.
“That makes the ocean heat up and ships sink in its waters mixed with a huge proportion of gas.
“The crater area is likely to represent one of the largest hotspots for shallow marine methane release in the Arctic.”
Hundreds of boats and planes have been lost within and just outside the triangle since Christopher Columbus was the first to record its existence, noting his ship’s compass stopped working and he saw a fireball in the sky.
An average of four planes and 20 boats have been reported lost a year, with no trace of any debris, due to the Gulf Stream being believed to move them away.
Disappearances have been blamed on UFOs, strange mists, and even time travel.
The biggest recorded loss was in 1945 when five US Navy Avenger torpedo bombers flying from Fort Lauderdale, Florida, to Bimini Island never showed up after a radio call from the 14 men on board that their compasses stopped working.
Three rescue planes also disappeared.
The Bermuda Triangle covers 440,000 square miles of sea – from the British Overseas Territory in the North Atlantic Ocean, to the Florida coast and on to Puerto Rico.
The behaviour of some people takes a lot of believing at times, but what shoppers witnessed at a Morrisons Store in Stockport stretched the imagination beyond belief. According to witnesses, not content with his disgraceful performance at one of the freezer cabinets, he also went around the store breaking wine bottles whilst wandering around.
An onlooker saw the urinating incident and captured it on his mobile phone, this shows a man dressed in a white t-shirt and jeans, he was swaying around as he stood in one of the aisles on his own close to a freezer cabinet. The man filming could not quite believe what he was seeing and is heard exclaiming to the children he was with, “he’s p*****g in the freezer!”
Well as you could expect the video has been posted online and has been seen by thousands of people. It would appear that he was not satisfied with his performance as some other witnesses thought that the man was also seen vomiting into another freezer, although this is not seen on the video footage.
Commenting about the man’s behaviour, a spokesman for Morrisons said: “The store team were quick to respond to the incident, the Police were called and the individual was escorted from the store by police officers.” They also went on to say that they had thoroughly checked out the freezer in question and were quite satisfied that he had not urinated into it.

In a press statement by Awo Yaa Donkoh the president of the association, they have maintained the fees for the past 5 years however with the increasing prices the fee isn’t helping members.
“A lot goes into this job of ours. We spend lots of money to rehearse before the D-day. We have lecturers who lecture us on how to cry and gain proper attention at funerals; and we pay all these people,” the statement indicated.
Ms. Ayaa added; “People hire us to cry at the funeral rites of their dead relatives, friends etc. Some even include in their wills that their family members should contact us after their death. The way we beautifully cry move sympathizers to give out more money to the bereaved families. That’s the main reason people contract us.”

In the UK there is a company, Rent A Mourner, that specializes in providing professional mourning services. In other words, they can supply “professional, discreet people to attend funerals and wakes” and that they “can supply people just to increase the numbers at the funeral, because empty seats are so unsightly!”
Also, the BBC reported that the most well known professional mourner is a woman from Taiwan called Liu Jun-Lin. “In Taiwain professional mourning is an age old custom. The profession has historically been taken on by women,” the report indicated.
